RSG Aviation provides a comprehensive range of services for helicopter modification, retrofit, completion, MR&O, Avionics, and other aerospace solutions for civilian and military aircraft.

Our team of licensed and OEM certified experts is proven in handling the most routine services to highly complex projects for all major brand aircraft. We are an authorized Airbus Helicopters Centre, an authorized Bell Service Center and proudly service Leonardo, Sikorsky, and MD Helicopters. RSG Aviation’s expertise is further underscored as a multi-country qualified repair station, an FAA Part 145 repair station, a AFAC Part 145 center.

RSG Products, formerly known as Integrated Flight Systems (IFS), is a certified FAA Part 21 PMA manufacturing and certified AS9100 facility offering extensive capabilities including manufacturing, first article inspections, and PMA approval on STC kits for the aerospace marketplace. Our expertise spans comprehensive machine shop services, custom fabrication, standard finishing, UV laser wire marking, and custom kitting.

RSG Products is also a leader in high-performance air conditioning and proudly stands as the largest external supplier for the Airbus AS350/EC130 model product line.

RSG AeroDesign is a leading integrated engineering and technical services organization dedicated to facilitating growth in services, product development, and FAA STC certification. Our team is composed of senior engineers and specialists with extensive experience in major commercial and military programs. We excel in developing and certifying expert solutions that are mission specific for Military, Government, Law Enforcement, MEDEVAC, Air Medical, Corporate, and VIP applications.

Our multidisciplinary team includes electrical, mechanical, aerospace, and structures engineers who utilize a comprehensive suite of computer-aided design and parametric solid modeling tools.
