This Form Must be received from the Owner of the Aircraft for the warranty to be active. Warranty period extends from Date of Purchase for a period of one year or 1000 hours Subject to the limitations identified in the attached Warranty Terms; effective 22 February 2007. If warranty registration form is completed and returned within 1 month of receipt of product, warranty terms will be extended from 1 year to 1 year and 6 months.
